Fresh new approach to ARUM's website
Arum is an independent company offering services across the credit management lifecycle, helping its clients achieve their strategic objectives by improving their regulatory, credit risk and portfolio performance, whilst maximising returns on their technology investments.
Having successfully launched an earlier version of ARUM’s website 18 months ago, a change of ownership of the business and a subsequent rebrand required a new online presence. At the heart of this was a switch from the previous open source CMS to our own, bespoke AmicusWeb system to allow for greater ease and flexibility when making updates.
The new visual identity is the hero of this site, which retains much of the innovative structure and functionality of the previous site. Areas of bold, bright colours combine with engaging people photography to communicate Arum’s personality, and the ease of working with them.
A slightly revised navigation system was introduced, which allows users to jump to key sections of the site quickly and easily, creating short routes to key information.
User journeys through the site are clearly signposted thanks to an icon-based approach to key areas of content.
Finally, an updated, even more user-friendly version of our bespoke, open-source CMS platform was deployed, allowing huge flexibility to the client in maintaining and updating the site.
