Harry Taylor of Ashton is a family-owned business that has provided heating solutions for customers for almost 100 years.
Harry Taylor's business depends on enquiries, so making the user journey to the point of contact quick and easy was the primary goal. The contact process had to be simple to use, with minimal text fields to prevent barriers of use. As we developed the site, the two sides of the business (heating and cooling) were clearly delineated throughout the site, using strong red and blue colours to denote warmth and cold. The business is justifiably proud of its almost unrivalled history, the projects it has been involved with along the way, and so presenting its case studies in a simple, easily digestible fashion was also a main consideration, to achieve even greater levels of read as users move around the site.
