Recruiting young professionals into the personal finance sector demanded a serious plan. The solution was a £1 million investment to boost uptake, with initiatives including free exam opportunities for 500 young people, financial education in schools, and funding for scholarships and internships. At its heart was messaging built on four strategic pillars: Invest, Inspire, Involve, Inform. We created the overarching campaign style, key messages, printed assets, and keynote videos, delivering to an audience of 70 guests, media, and past award winners.
